Job description
Morgan Hunt are working in partnership with a local client in the West of Scotland who are looking to appoint an Architect to join their design team on an ongoing contract basis that should last for 12 months.
This is a hybrid working role where usually 2 days are required in the office per week.
Your new role
Projects will be varied, but initially will include specialise work to a a very historic listed building in Glasgow. Your role will include:
- Interpreting a clients brief
- Use a mix of Revit & AutoCAD to produce technical drawings.
- Working throughout planning stages up to submission
- Working independently on projects
- Working on technical documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience based in the UK
- Experience on listed building would be a huge advantage
- A confident project runner
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Good technical knowledge of the Building Regs
- Strong independent worker
