Key responsibilities

As the Senior Estimator you will be responsible for estimating the costs of the pre-construction commercial process through client, external consultants, specialist subcontractors and inter disciplines.

You will have a thorough understanding of design, programming, and commercial functions.

Skills & experience

• Construction-related degree or equivalent industry-related experience.
• Liaising with the supply chain, obtaining prices, programme etc
• Selection of supply chain to use in the price.
• Liaising with project team to price prelims, etc
• Ability to produce first-principal estimates.
• Ability to work on own initiative and in a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literate
• Ability to collaborate with design team and operational team.
• Participating in presentations and interviews to internal and external parties
