Job description
Morgan Hunt are working with Hertfordshire Mind Network on their search for a Service Manager (Crisis Services)
Hertfordshire Mind Network's Crisis Services are rapidly expanding and the Nightlight Crisis Service provides out of hours support throughout Hertfordshire.
Providing urgent support, crisis intervention and emotional support, the service provides a safe space for people in crisis.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will be leading the provision of the 24/7 Crisis Centre, Helpline and Crisis Cafes. Overseeing and supporting staff, you will ensure provision is safe, effective and person centred.
You will have experience of managing staff and project management and have a strong understanding of developing and delivering mental health services within a health and social care setting.
