Key Responsibilities:
Undertake general maintenance and repairs across the college premises.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in classrooms, corridors, and communal areas.
Assist in monitoring and managing the college's security systems.
Support in the setting up and dismantling of equipment for various events.
Grounds maintenance to enhance the overall appearance of the college.

Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in a caretaker or facilities management role is desirable.
A valid and up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is essential for this role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
