    Job description

    Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with a College based in the Essex who are currently seeking a Electrical Engineering / Electronics Lecturer, to join their team on a permanent basis.

    This College are willing to consider candidates who are looking for full time work and it will involve delivering to learners on courses Level 1-3.

    This role is currently open to professionals with teaching experience but also those wishing to get into education to help develop and nurture the next generation of Electrical Engineering / Electronics specialists.

    Requirements

    • Must hold a Level 3 subject qualification in Electrical Engineering / Electronics.
    • A teaching qualification is desirable and not essential.
    • A strong understanding of the Engineering industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
    • A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential
