The Engineering Assessor / Trainer will need to have :
- A recognised teaching & Assessing qualification (IQA Desired)
- Experience of working in an FE College
- Qualifications in Engineering disciplines Level for or above
- A strong understanding of the engineering industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
- A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential
