    GCSE Maths Lecturer

    £170 - £250 per day PAYE

    Job description

    We have a current opportunity for a GCSE Maths Lecturer on a temporary, ongoing basis. The position will be based in Cambridgeshire.

    The suitable applicant will be able to deliver engaging Maths lessons to groups of between 15-30 students. Most of the students are achieving a grade of pass or higher with few that will need specialist focus to bring them up by 1 grade or 2. In these instances there will normally be additional learning resources by way of an LSA dedicated to the pupil or pupils whose needs are greater.

    The ideal applicant will have a teaching qualification, PGCE or adult education equivalent and be looking for their next contract immediately OR soon.

    You will need to have an enhanced DBS, ideally on the update service OR be willing to apply for a new one along with complete other basis pre-employment checks.

    Maths Lecturer, Cambridge, Daily rate of pay negotiable dependant on experience and paid PAYE weekly, opportunity to long term or permanent employment is likely for the suitably skilled candidate.
