    Job description

    Job Title: Young Person Project Worker

    Contract: Temporary With Possible Extension

    Location: Essex

    Hourly Rate: £14 - £17

    We are currently recruiting Young Person Project Workers for a client based in Essex. As a Project Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to vulnerable young individuals aged 16-25.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Delivering 1:1 key working support to young people.
    • Establishing positive and supportive relationships with clients.
    • Implementing care plans and offering emotional and practical assistance.
    • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive support network.
    • Adhering to mixed shift patterns.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in supporting vulnerable young people aged 16-25.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Flexibility to work on mixed shift patterns.
