    Job description

    We are looking for a Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join the team at Newcastle College.
    You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning , you will also contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum, assessment, and quality assurance processes.
    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A Master's degree and/or a PhD in health or social care or a related discipline
    • A teaching qualification or a willingness to obtain one within a specified time frame
    • Experience of teaching and assessing health and social care courses at various levels
    • Knowledge of current issues and developments in the health and social care sector
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
    • A commitment to continuous professional development and student success
