    Job description

    HR Advisor - Lancashire

    We have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Advisor to join a well-known College based in Lancashire.

    This is an Interim position until December 2024, contract to start immediately, paying between £15 per hour with great benefits, free car parking, enhanced leave allowance, competitive pension scheme, agile working opportunities.

    Role HR Advisor
    As the HR Advisor you will work closely with managers to provide a comprehensive and generalist HR business partnering service on all key activities of the HR function.

    • Provide proactive HR advice and guidance on employment related issues and casework, resolving generalist HR queries.
    • Advise managers and other stakeholders across the full employee lifecycle including resourcing, performance, learning, absence management and capability, in line with policies and procedures.
    • Work with the wider HR team to process and administer all relevant HR procedures, providing a high quality, responsive, consistent, and forward-thinking HR service.

    Skills and Experience HR Advisor

    • A CIPD Level 3 qualification or above
    • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and managers.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
    • Experience working in a busy environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
