Job Vacancy: Job Coach at Carlisle College
Carlisle College is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Job Coach to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis until the end of the academic year. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our students by providing them with the guidance and support they need to achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one coaching and group workshops to students.
* Assist students in developing job search strategies, resume writing, and interview techniques.
* Work closely with faculty and employers to create job opportunities for students.
* Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
Requirements:
* Experience in career coaching or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire students.
* A commitment to the personal and professional development of students.
Contract Details:
* Full-time, temporary position until the end of the academic year.
* £20 per hour
