    Job description

    HR Advisor FTC

    I am recruiting a HR Advisor for a 12FTC with a National Charity. This is a hybrid role with occasional on-site presence required in Leeds, Coventry, or Manchester.

    Salary: £36,635.37 to £39,302.37. Benefits; 25 days holiday ( bank holidays), increasing by 1 day for each year of service.

    Key Responsibilities HR Advisor:

    • Work alongside the National HR Senior People Partner, collaborating with a team of HR Advisors and a Regional HR Assistant.
    • Provide proactive initial advice on a broad spectrum of HR issues.
    • Support managers with ER case management, including disciplinary, grievance, and sickness management, seeking resolution-oriented approaches.
    • Contribute to policy, process, and training development, with the opportunity to foster an engaging culture.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Comprehensive HR knowledge and experience, with a focus on employment relations and change management programs such as TUPE.
    • Proven experience in managing employment relations issues.
    • Solution-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational abilities.
    • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities effectively.
    • Willingness to travel.
