Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in full life-cycle web and application development. Key qualifications include:

• Extensive senior-level expertise in Java development.
• Proficiency with a variety of Java frameworks and messaging services.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficient in database development, preferably with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Experience in crafting web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Skilled in designing, implementing, or utilizing Rest APIs, including OpenAPI specification (Swagger) or RESTful API.

Additionally, familiarity with the following would be advantageous:

• Knowledge of C#.
• Experience with .Net (standard or Core).

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leadership roles within development teams. This includes:

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of outcomes and deliveries as a technical lead.
• Recognised as a technical expert, capable of resolving the most challenging technical hurdles.
• Leading the design and architecture of innovative solutions.

Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and coaching team members, occasionally taking on responsibilities such as SCRUM Master.
