Housing Data Officer
Must have Housing experience and worked on Housing Management Systems.
We have an exciting 6-month temporary opportunity for an experienced Housing Data Officer to join our clients Strategic Assets and Investments team. Reporting to the Strategic Asset and Investment Manager, you will be responsible for managing all property data including data analysis, manual entry, loading and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong track record in data analysis, reporting, and systems
- Solid experience with data tools such as Power BI
- Good understanding of data metrics and KPIs
- Previous experience with housing, construction, or property data
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
This temp position is initially for 6 months with potential to be extended. Hybrid working available with 2-3 days per week expected in their Manchester office. Paying up to £23 per hour.
