Morgan Hunt are working with a world leading consultancy to recruit a Technology Solution Delivery & Support Team Leader, from a IT Service Management background.

As the focal point for cultivating and enhancing our technical capabilities, you will guide our team through solution and service delivery, service management, operations, and lifecycle support, thereby empowering organizations to achieve their business objectives with unparalleled efficiency and agility.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Provide decisive leadership and guidance to our Solution Delivery & Support team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation while overseeing the professional development of your direct reports.
• Strategically develop the capabilities of the team to align with our organizational vision and objectives, with a particular emphasis on enhancing our Service Management and Service Delivery capabilities for digital, data, and technology services.
• Collaborate closely with the Technology Solutions leadership team to shape and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overarching goals and aspirations.
• Drive the resourcing strategy for the Solution Delivery & Support team, actively participating in recruitment efforts and optimizing deployment strategies to meet evolving project demands.
• Offer expert technical leadership and support across our projects, ensuring the delivery of superior solutions and contributing effectively to all facets of Solution Delivery & Support.
• Engage in sales, marketing, and business development activities, leveraging your expertise to articulate the unique value proposition of our services and cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive plans to realize our strategic objectives, driving continuous improvement and innovation across all facets of our operations.

Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise in various facets of consultancy and delivery, with a focus on areas such as service architecture, service management, operations, delivery management, Agile methodologies, and IT systems.
• Adeptness in navigating complex operational technology systems within core markets and domains, with a keen understanding of industry-specific nuances and requirements.

Experience:

• Proven professional experience in Solution Delivery & Support roles, encompassing service architecture, operations, technical delivery management, and capability growth initiatives.
• A track record of successfully leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams, coupled with a deep understanding of market sectors such as Aerospace, Defense, SIG, CNI, and Nuclear.

Role

• £70- 100k for the right person
