Capital Works Project Manager

We have a current opportunity for a Estates Project Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Bournemout and is a capital works / estatesd Poject manager role. Do you have project management experience, client side, and are happy managing a number of different projects on behalf of this college?
They have 2 large capital schemes being delivered by Kier - £32million new build and £8million for some refurbishment of a grade II building (Roof and Windows) There are other some smaller planned works as well for the summer.
They are looking for a committed Project Manager, for a site based role. There maybe some flexibility for occassional homeworking but it's important to say this is an on-site focussed role.
If you can manage a number of different contractors and internal stakeholer relationships, oversee quality and programme and drive good working practics please get in touch for a full JD.
