- Full-Time, Shifts are 9:45am to 12:00am, a sleep, then 7:30am until 10:45am
- Salary: £26,543.96 - £28,139.84 per annum including disturbance allowance

Homeless Support Worker Overview
As a Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of our service-offering practical and emotional support to individuals in their homes, the community, or at our hubs. You'll coordinate care, build positive relationships, and work collaboratively with external agencies to ensure every person receives the right support at the right time.
Responsibilities Homeless Support Worker
- Act as a key worker for a small group of individuals, leading on their support plans.
- Deliver one-to-one key work sessions in a variety of settings.
- Support individuals in developing life skills, achieving personal goals, and making informed choices about their future.
- Assist with accessing welfare benefits, budgeting, and managing finances.
- Coordinate with professionals such as social workers, probation officers, and health teams.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service planning and improvement.
Requirements of a Homeless Support Worker
- A compassionate, proactive, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working within a homeless setting
- A team player who can also work independently and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Car driver is necessary to travel over Swadlincote and Derbyshire area
- Flexible to work on a shift work basis
