Contract Type: Temporary (September Start)
Working Days: 4 Days per Week (Monday to Thursday)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience

A welcoming and inclusive college in North London, is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis starting in September. This is a fulfilling opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people with a range of high and low-level disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with a variety of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Assist with personal care tasks in a respectful and professional manner
Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Adapt learning materials and strategies to suit individual student needs
Monitor and report on student progress and well-being
Requirements:
Proven background in education or a related support role
Experience working with young people with a range of disabilities, including both complex and mild needs
Willingness to assist with personal care duties as required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to student support
- Level 3 qualification in Maths and English
