The Electrical Installation Curriculum Team Leader will need to have:
- A recognised teaching & assessor qualification would be desirable, having either one qualification acceptable
- A strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
- Electrical professional needed to work closely with the Electrical Installation curriculum manager to help plan, monitor, manage and evaluate the curriculum
- Cert Ed/PGCE or relevant teaching/training qualification
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Appropriate Level 3 subject specialism
- A1 or TAQA verifier award
- The CTL job carries a teaching commitment of 19 hours per week
