• Location: East Sussex
• Start Date: September 2025
• Salary: £24,953 per annum (pro rata)
• Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time (33 hours per week, Term Time Only + enrolment period)

The Opportunity:

Morgan Hunt is partnering with a sixth form seeking dynamic and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join the team from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in education within a supportive and professional Sixth Form College environment.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise students across a variety of subjects during teacher absences
• Ensure a positive and productive classroom environment
• Support the College during key periods such as enrolment
• Be flexible and proactive in your day-to-day responsibilities

There is also the opportunity to earn additional pay by supporting College events in our on-site theatre, including evening and weekend work (offered well in advance).

The Person:

We're looking for candidates who are:

• Educated to degree level
• Confident communicators with strong organisational skills
• Ideally experienced in an educational setting (desirable, not essential)
• Interested in a long-term career in education
