💼 Position: Night Customer Services Officer

📍 Location: Hounslow

🕒 Hours: Flexible ad-hoc shifts (Full-time & Part-time available)

💰 Pay: £12.44 per hour

We're looking for a Night Customer Services Officer to be the welcoming face and first point of contact at a vibrant, community-focused centre in Hounslow.

In this role, you'll:

✅ Provide outstanding customer service-offering information, support, and a friendly ear

✅ Handle a variety of reception duties including answering calls, processing payments, logging repairs, and managing post

✅ Take responsibility for safety and wellbeing as a trained First Aider and Fire Marshal-conducting regular checks and patrols

✅ Support residents, service users, and visitors-creating a positive and inclusive environment for all
