Colleges in Central London is seeking a Education Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, with flexible options for full-time or part-time hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to contribute to a busy and supportive education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality administrative support to teams and academic departments

• Maintain accurate student records and timetables

• Assist with the coordination of exams, assessments, and coursework tracking

• Prepare and update documentation such as registers, reports, and course materials

• Liaise with tutors, students, and other departments to support the smooth running of academic programmes

• Use college systems and databases for data entry and reporting

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience, ideally within an educational or academic setting

• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent attention to detail and time management

• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Immediate availability is highly desirable
