Are you passionate about supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse?

We're looking for a caring and motivated Refuge Worker to join our team in Brent. In this rewarding role, you'll provide practical and emotional support to women and children living in refuge, helping them feel safe and rebuild their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• One-to-one support, safety planning, and needs assessments
• Support with housing, health, benefits, and education
• Empower women to move towards independent living
• Keep accurate, confidential case notes
• Work with partner agencies and join the out-of-hours rota

You'll need:

• Experience working with survivors or in a safeguarding role
• A trauma-informed and person-centred approach
• Great communication and teamwork skills
