The Quality Lead - Apprenticeships & Work Based Learning will be responsible for:
- Leading the charge in driving ongoing quality improvement across our apprenticeship programmes.
- Provide overarching quality assurance for full-time provisions, ensuring top-tier performance.
- Inspire and manage a team, motivating them to achieve the best possible outcomes for every learner.
- Analyse data and produce detailed reports to support informed decision-making and drive impactful changes.
- Take an active role in the regular learner review process.
The Quality Lead - Apprenticeships & Work Based Learning will need to have:
- Proven experience in leading quality assurance.
- An in depth understanding of the current apprenticeship system.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent report writing and data analysis skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and drive action.
- Proven experience of collaborating with apprentices and employers to ensure high levels of timely achievement.
