
Executive Office Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to support a senior leadership team within a respected housing-related charity. This is an ad hoc role, ideal for candidates seeking flexible, high-level administrative work in a mission-driven environment.

Contract Type: Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level support to the CEO and senior leaders
- Manage complex diaries, travel bookings, and meeting coordination
- Prepare and distribute documents for boards and committees
- Take accurate meeting minutes and maintain action logs
- Support governance processes, reporting, and policy updates
- Handle internal and external communications professionally
- Assist with financial tracking, HR documentation, and general coordination
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a senior admin, PA/EA, or coordinator role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document preparation
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in charity, housing, or public sector settings is desirable
