What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations on civil engineering and infrastructure projects

• Managing subcontractors, plant and materials to ensure productivity and health & safety compliance

• Ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget and high quality standards

• Reporting to the Project Manager and liaising with the client and stakeholders on progress and technical matters

• Leading toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with method statements and RAMS

• Driving a strong safety-first culture on-site

• Supporting junior team members and helping foster a collaborative site environment

Experience & Background:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on civils, infrastructure (substations, renewables, utilities, groundworks, drainage, or roads)

• SMSTS, CSCS (black or gold) and First Aid at Work essential

• Strong understanding of temporary works, permits to dig, and CDM regulations

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, commercial staff and clients
