The Role

As Operations and Events Executive, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of high-profile events including conferences, roundtables, and report launches.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.

  • Manage financial processes including invoicing, budget monitoring, and audit preparation in collaboration with external finance support.

  • Maintain and update the company website and CRM, ensuring accurate and timely content.

  • Provide diary and meeting management support to the CEO and internal groups including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

  • Support corporate governance activities and act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, suppliers, and members.

About You

The Operations and Events Executive will need to have:

  • Proven experience delivering impactful events from concept to completion.

  • Strong operational and administrative experience, including financial monitoring and governance.

  • A hands-on approach to managing digital systems such as CRM platforms, websites (e.g. WordPress), and communication tools like Mailchimp and Eventbrite.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and external partners.

  • A collaborative, flexible, and professional attitude.
