The Opportunity

We're working with a leading organisation in the energy and utilities sector who are looking for a Customer Support Co-ordinator to join their high-performing team on a temporary contract through to August 2025.

The Role

As a Customer Support Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of a national registration scheme used by employers across the energy and utilities sector. You'll be responsible for processing large volumes of data accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer requests are met to the highest standard.

Your work as a Customer Support Co-ordinator will directly support the smooth operation of a critical service used by thousands of industry professionals each week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and verify registration applications in line with service standards

  • Issue registration cards and resolve any registration-related queries

  • Maintain data in accordance with GDPR and internal processes

  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet team targets and contribute to service improvements

  • Provide general support to team operations and adapt to new processes as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in high-volume data entry and customer support
  • Strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working to strict deadlines and service targets
