Graduate Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering

Are you a recent graduate ready to launch your career in the civil engineering sector? We are partnered with a leading civil engineering company based in Dundee. Together we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Graduate Estimator or Quantity Surveyor to join thier expanding commercial team.

Your Role:
Depending on your strengths and interests, you will be supported in either an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor role, working closely with senior professionals to:
As a Graduate Estimator, you will:
Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
Support the bid team in delivering competitive and compelling proposals
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will:
Assist in managing project costs from inception to completion
Support subcontractor procurement, payments, and contract administration
Contribute to valuations, cost reporting, and financial planning
Help ensure projects are delivered on budget and in line with client expectations
What We're Looking For:
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
Strong analytical, numeracy and communication skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence (or working towards it) is desirable
