Morgan Hunt is recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work with a Housing Trust based in South East London/Kent on a Permanent basis. The details of the job are below:

Hours: Full-time 36 hours 7.30am to 15.30pm Mon - Fri

Salary: £27,510 per year

Location: South East London/Kent - Erith

Must have full clean driving licence company van will be provided.

We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team full-time on a permanent basis. You'll be helping to keep estates clean, green, and welcoming for residents, visitors, and colleagues alike.

What your day might look like:

• Start with your scheduled grounds maintenance tasks-keeping everything tidy and on track.
• Get stuck into horticultural activities like planting seasonal beds, trimming hedges, turf care, weed control, and leaf clearing.
• Finish up by disposing of green waste responsibly, in line with company policy and environmental regulations.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is happy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Has a full, clean UK driving licence.
• Has experience in horticulture and grounds maintenance.
• Knows how to safely use powered equipment like mowers and strimmers.

This role requires a Basic DBS check and a Full UK driving licence.
