An established organisation in the public sector housing industry is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner within the Finance & IT team. The role is responsible for key financial processes, accurate reporting, and maintaining the financial performance of the organisation.

Role Overview
As Finance Business Partner, you will:
Line manage Finance Assistant(s)
Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset register
Deliver monthly management accounts and reconciliations
Oversee accounts receivable and invoicing processes
Monitor bank accounts, cash flow, and reconciliations
Assist with budget monitoring and statutory accounts preparation
Identify and implement process improvements within the finance team
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
AAT qualified, equivalent professional qualification, or 5 years relevant experience
Experience working in a finance team, meeting deadlines, and using financial systems
Strong reconciliation and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and with colleagues
Line management experience
Desirable:
Experience preparing statutory year-end accounts
Budget monitoring experience
Knowledge of the housing sector
