A respected employer in the public sector housing industry is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner within their Finance & IT team. This role will support key financial processes, ensure accuracy of reporting, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organisation.

Role Overview
As Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Line manage Finance Assistant(s)
- Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset register
- Support monthly management accounts preparation and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts receivable and invoicing processes
- Monitor bank accounts, cashflow, and reconciliations
- Assist with budget monitoring and statutory accounts preparation
- Suggest and implement process improvements within the finance team
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- AAT qualified, equivalent professional qualification, or 5 years relevant experience
- Experience working in a finance team, meeting deadlines, and using financial systems
- Strong reconciliation and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Line management experience
Desirable:
- Experience supporting statutory year-end accounts
- Budget monitoring experience
- Housing association knowledge or sector experience
