About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will:
- Lead on financial management and planning across the organisation
- Support our Finance Director and Management Team with clear financial insight
- Oversee budgets, management accounts and annual statutory accounts
- Guide and develop the Finance team, ensuring effective controls and compliance
What We're Looking For
Must have:
- Qualified accountant (or working towards with relevant experience)
- Strong finance management skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Excellent ICT and Excel skills
- Great communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience in the housing sector or with a Registered Social Landlord
- Experience in financial modelling, payroll and pensions
