Senior MIS Officer (Temporary Cover)

Full-Time | Leicestershire | Until Christmas 2025

We are seeking an experienced Senior MIS Officer to provide full-time support until the end of the calendar year. This role involves working across multiple campuses and supporting the day-to-day operations of the MIS function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of a small MIS team, including checks, validations, and administration of student and employer data.
• Provide advice and support to curriculum teams on technical and funding queries.
• Ensure compliance with data security requirements and audit implications.
• Support the administration of a variety of FE funding streams, with a particular focus on apprenticeships.
• Work flexibly within a newly merged environment, assisting with the transition between dual ProSolution systems.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of FE funding methodologies, especially apprenticeships.
• In-depth understanding of funding streams such as 16-19, ASF, and Tailored Learning.
• Experience with information data systems (ideally ProSolution).
• Previous experience managing or supporting MIS operations.
• Ability to work flexibly, independently, and effectively in a fast-moving environment.
