Morgan Hunt\'s Social Care team are proud to be working alongside Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind on their search for a Service Manager for their Access Line Service to work evenings 3pm - 11pm.
Open 365 days a year and operations from 9AM to 11PM, the Access Line provides support for those struggling with their mental health or experiencing a crisis. Helping to navigate individuals to the correct services, the service ensures effective emotional support. As Service Manager, you will manage a small team, ensuring staff are support and developed through job coaching, supervision and identifying development needs.
Ensuring the team provide the right support at the right time by navigating the person to the correct service and completing onward referrals, this role is an incredible opportunity to inform the future direction and development of the Access Line.
Working closely with the team, you will provide both support and supervision to your team via team meetings, group and individual sessions.
This role is suitable for a Team Leader within a Social Care setting, ideally with helpline experience who is ready to take the next step into service management.
