Tell us about your career progression to date

I started as a recruitment consultant with no previous experience. I passed my probation and got my first promotion in record time. 
After a few years, I am now a Team manager leading on all permanent and temporary recruitment for Marketing, Communications and fundraising positions

What made you join Morgan Hunt?

At the time, I had interviewed with a number of large, medium and boutique recruitment agencies. Morgan Hunt seemed like an obvious match with its down to earth management and positive working environment. I could sense that the whole organisation was working together rather than competing against each other.

What do you enjoy most about your desk/sector?

My candidates and my clients are the wittiest, most enthusiastic group of people. There is a lot of variety on my desk and the jobs I fill affect the public in a positive manner. Who would not feel good about placing a fundraiser who brings in six figures a year into a Children’s Charity. As a team manager I also get to see my staff grow and develop- it truly is a rewarding position to be in.

What is it like working for Morgan Hunt?

In comparison to other agencies, the work-life balance is brilliant. We are offered a number of incentives and there is something for everyone. The management, all the way up to c-suite, listens to their staff which is a rare sight in the Recruitment sector. 

Why would you recommend us to a potential candidate?
