Tell us about your career progression to date

I started off a resourcer helping source candidates for other consultants, quickly learning the trade of further education recruitment and stepping up to become a recruitment consultant before progressing with several further promotions from senior consultant to managing consultant and now Education Team Manager looking after a team of consultants, whist still supporting my own clients and leading the way with training and development and strategy as well as billing for the company. 

What made you join Morgan Hunt?

Like most people who start in recruitment, I sort of fell into it, after finishing Uni and going travelling for a year, I came back not knowing what I wanted to do, but only that I wanted to go into some form of sales, I got a phone call from the internal recruiter at Morgan Hunt after putting my CV online and never looked back.

What do you enjoy most about your desk/sector?

It is the variety of wonderful candidates and clients that I get to meet and speak to on a daily basis, helping provide solutions and offerings to clients and finding candidates their dream job is a real pleasure and helping shape the future of education.  

What is it like working for Morgan Hunt?

Working for Morgan hunt has helped create a platform for me to progress my career and offers uncapped earning potential, I am money motivated and this helps greatly. But not only that, no day is the same in recruitment and I really enjoy working with my team and the culture and values of the company help make it a great place to work and knowing that we are also inspiring and changing peoples lives is also very rewarding.
