About the Roles

  

Chief Financial Officer

Salary: £115,000 – £120,000
Location: Peterborough & Stamford
Reporting to: CEO

As CFO, you’ll lead on all aspects of financial performance and sustainability. You’ll help shape the Group’s strategy and oversee Finance, MIS and Commercial Operations. From capital investment to audit, risk management and governance, your influence will span the entire organisation — ensuring IEG remains financially resilient, innovative and future-ready.

We're looking for a fully qualified finance professional who brings strategic vision, commercial acumen and a collaborative leadership style. You’ll have experience leading finance in a complex organisation and be ready to make a real impact from day one.

Group Executive Director of People Services

Salary: £85,000 – £90,000
Location: Peterborough & Stamford
Reporting to: CEO

As GED of People Services, you’ll lead IEG’s people strategy – from organisational development and employee experience to performance, wellbeing and culture. This role is key to shaping the inclusive, values-led workplace we’re building across our campuses.

This role also includes building out a brand-new recruitment agency function, giving you the chance to innovate and generate new income streams for the Group.

We’re looking for a senior HR leader with a clear track record of leading people, change and compliance. You’ll be values-driven, commercially aware, and passionate about building cultures where people can thrive.
