About the Roles

  

Chief Financial Officer

Salary: £115,000 – £120,000
Location: Peterborough & Stamford
Reporting to: CEO

This is a senior postholder position and a key member of the Executive Team. As CFO, you’ll lead on all aspects of financial performance and sustainability for the Group, helping to shape strategy and drive long-term success.

You’ll oversee Finance and MIS – with responsibility for everything from capital investment and audit to risk management and governance. Your leadership will be vital in keeping the Group financially resilient, innovative, and fit for the future.

We’re looking for a fully qualified finance professional with significant senior-level experience. You’ll bring strategic vision, strong commercial judgement and a collaborative approach to leadership. Experience working in a complex organisation is essential – as is the confidence to influence at Executive and Board level.

Group Executive Director of People Services

Salary: £85,000 – £90,000
Location: Peterborough & Stamford
Reporting to: CEO

As Group Executive Director of People Services, you’ll lead our people strategy – covering organisational development, employee experience, performance, wellbeing and workplace culture.

This role also includes overseeing the transfer and transition of QRS, our internal staffing function. While this is an important area of responsibility, the key focus is on driving cultural alignment, strengthening systems and ensuring we remain compliant, inclusive and future-ready. 

We’re looking for a senior HR leader with:

  • A deep understanding of employment law and compliance frameworks
  • Strong operational and transactional HR knowledge
  • Excellent cultural and organisational development insight
  • A values-led, strategic mindset 

You’ll be instrumental in making People Services the heart of our organisation – shaping a culture where staff feel supported, empowered and proud to belong.
