You’ll be a senior people leader with experience in HR strategy and large-scale change. Someone who’s confident, collaborative and values-driven — ready to bring people with them on a journey of positive transformation.
You’ll need:
Strong experience in HR, change and compliance at a senior level
Excellent communication skills and board-level presence
A track record of building inclusive, high-performing cultures
Strategic thinking and a people-first approach
