HR Business Partner - Leading Not for Profit organisation - London with great hybrid working - c£50,000
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading not for profit organisation dedicated to improving healthcare.
Reporting in to the Director of People you will be responsible for providing high quality HR support and advice. You will have a leadership role within the People Team and deputise for the Director of People when required.
Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced HR Business Partner with a track record of managing complex employee relations issues, restructures and redundancies. Experience of developing HR policies and processes and acting as trusted HR Partner is essential. This needs to be combined with a keen interest in ED&I and good knowledge of best practice. Excellent stakeholder management skills are vital.
