HR Services Manager - Established Care Charity - East London - c£45,000
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join an established Care Charity based in East London.
Reporting in to the HR Director you will be responsible for managing the HR team and for overseeing all transactional and operational HR processes. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of managing a team ideally in a care related charity or in the NHS. A strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice needs to be combined with experience of coaching managers. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Ideally you will be Level 7 CIPD qualified.
