IT Business Analyst - Digital Transformation

FTC - 24-Month Contract

Offering £38K - £43K plus applicable allowances

Remote/Hybrid Working available

I am seeking skilled IT Business Analysts with a passion for driving positive change through technology. Join a leading Children's Charity organisation dedicated to protecting and empowering children and young people across the UK.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our ongoing digital transformation journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers, and system integrators to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and documenting comprehensive business requirements through facilitated workshops and stakeholder interviews
  • Analysing requirements, exploring potential solutions, and making recommendations to drive efficiency and improve processes
  • Leading user acceptance testing and ensuring successful implementation of solutions
  • Establishing productive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering open communication and understanding

A suitable IT Business Analyst will have:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities. You should have a proven track record in delivering successful change management projects and a deep understanding of business analysis methodologies.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Extensive experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in facilitating workshops and leading collaborative sessions
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Experience with data projects, CRM solutions, system integration, cloud services, and digital technology (preferred)
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and familiarity with project management frameworks
