Job Title: Exams Assistant

Pay Rate: £15 - £17 per hour
Key Responsibilities
As an Exams Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Exams Officer with scheduling and communication of examination timetables and room plans
- Assisting with accurate and timely exam entries
- Helping to coordinate the invigilation team
- Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of exam sessions
- Supporting with the management of internal and external examinations
- Helping with the distribution of exam results
- Responding to student and parent enquiries regarding examinations
- Assisting in preparing materials and setting up exam rooms
- Working closely with the Exams Officer and ALS Coordinator regarding access arrangements
- Ensuring compliance with examination procedures and regulations
Skills & Experience
- Good ICT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A calm and confident approach to handling exam day pressures
- Professional and smart appearance
- Previous experience in an administrative or education setting is desirable
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
