Childcare Level 2 Tutor - West Bromwich

Morgan Hunt have partnered with an established charity who are seeking to recruit an Childcare Level 2 Tutor in West Bromwich. This is a full time permanent role working on site 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) and Fridays from home. The salary for this role is paying up to £27,000. The primary function of this role is to deliver Childcare programmes whilst embedding Functional Skills to post 16 learners. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in teaching Childcare programmes to post 16 learners.



The Childcare Tutor will be responsible for:

• designing, planning and delivering interactive lessons to learners studying Childcare qualifications
• contributing to the course review process, curriculum development and quality assurance in line with the organisations policies and procedures
• ensuring learners documentation is correct completed to ensure eligibility for funding
• attending regular meetings with the quality team

The Childcare Tutor will need to hold:

• a Level 3 Childcare qualification
• a Level 3 (or above) teaching qualification or assessing qualification
• experience of working within a childcare setting
• previous experience in teaching learners aged between 11-16 or 16-18 Childcare courses

In return the Childcare Tutor will receive:

• An annual salary of up to £27,000
