YMCA St Paul's Group is looking for reliable and experienced Cleaning Operatives to join their dedicated team on a temporary and ad-hoc basis across London.

About the Role:
As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our residential and housing facilities. You'll ensure communal areas, rooms, and shared spaces are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning duties including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising

• Maintaining cleanliness of communal areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and corridors

• Adhering to health and safety guidelines

• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues

• Ensuring cleaning supplies are replenished

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in residential or housing environments

• Ability to work flexible hours, including bank holidays, weekends, and evenings

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards
