Salary: £28,244 - £40,113 (pro-rata, dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer in Business and Professional Studies to deliver high-quality teaching across BTEC Levels 1-3. This part-time opportunity (0.8 FTE) offers the chance to play a key role in supporting and inspiring students in a dynamic and forward-thinking learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, inclusive, and effective lessons to BTEC Business students at Levels 1-3
- Contribute to curriculum planning and ongoing course development
- Support learners' progression through tailored feedback, guidance, and classroom support
- Apply real-world business knowledge to enhance student understanding and employability
Candidate Requirements
- Teaching qualification at Level 3 or higher
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Business (a degree is preferred)
- Previous experience teaching BTEC Business in a Further Education setting
- Industry experience in the business sector (desirable)
- English and Maths at GCSE or Level 2 equivalent
