Learning Support Worker Required - Mainstream

📍 Location: Stamford
💼 Salary: Temp - £13.50 per hour including holiday pay
🕒 Hours: Up to 35 hours/week
📅 Contract: Temporary Position

We are looking for a Learning Support Worker (Mainstream) to join our Additional Learning Support (ALS) team on a temporary basis. In this role, you'll work with students who need extra support to access learning, helping them develop skills, build independence, and succeed in their studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clarify and simplify instructions to support understanding

• Keep students focused, motivated, and engaged

• Support literacy, numeracy, and study skills development

• Promote confidence, self-esteem, and independence

• Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to student progress tracking

What we're looking for:

• A supportive, adaptable, and student-focused approach

• Experience working with learners who have additional needs

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

What you need

• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the update service willing to apply
• References cover the last 2 years
• Revelant experience working as a Learning support assistant
