About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Early Years Assessor to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality assessment and support to learners studying Level 1-3 Early Years qualifications.
Based across two vibrant campuses in Croydon and Redhill, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on supporting students in both workplace and classroom settings, helping to shape the next generation of Early Years professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess learners in the workplace and onsite in line with NCFE CACHE Level 3 specifications
- Manage a caseload of students, ensuring high standards of progress and engagement
- Provide constructive feedback and support throughout the learner's journey
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and employers to ensure consistency and quality of delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant industry experience within Early Years or a related field
- A recognised Assessing qualification
- Previous experience as an Assessor, ideally within Further Education
- Experience teaching/tutoring Early Years qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Health & Social Care (a degree is highly desirable)
- GCSE or Level 2 equivalent in Maths and English
