As a Science Lecturer, you'll be delivering engaging and high-quality teaching across a range of science subjects (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics) to college-level students. You'll play a vital role in supporting learners to achieve their academic and career goals, while contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons that motivate and challenge learners

• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback

• Support students' progress through tutorials and mentoring

• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities

• Maintain accurate records and meet internal and external quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in a relevant science subject (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

• A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)

• Experience teaching in further education or secondary education

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
