Duty IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advocate)
Location: West London
Hours: 4 days per week - 10am - 6pm (28 hours)
Work Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days in office, 2 days work from home
Pay: £14-20 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Duty IDVA to join a fast-paced crisis intervention and advocacy service in West London.
You will:
- Provide high-quality risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis intervention for women experiencing domestic abuse.
- Hold a reduced caseload, ensuring tailored advocacy and support for survivors with complex and multiple needs.
- Advise on criminal justice and civil remedies, and accompany clients to court when required.
- Work closely with partner agencies, attend MARAC, and coordinate multi-agency safeguarding support.
- Keep accurate case records and contribute to monitoring and evaluation processes.
About You
You will be a skilled and compassionate advocate with:
- Proven experience working directly with survivors of domestic abuse, including those with complex/multiple needs.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures, the criminal justice system, and civil remedies.
- Excellent risk assessment and crisis management skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with multiple agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
